We’re seeking a creative, service-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice, visuals, and digital presence of a brand that celebrates hospitality at its finest.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing and elevating our marketing strategy across all digital channels. From developing branded assets and managing email campaigns to aligning social and web strategies, this role blends creativity, organization, and data-driven thinking.

You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team, web development agency, and social media partners to ensure brand consistency and measurable growth across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listings Management: Create new listings & enhance previous listings for optimization across booking platforms.
  • Creative Development: Design and develop marketing materials, digital assets, and branded content using Canva and Adobe tools.
  • Email Marketing: Manage and execute guest and owner email campaigns via Akia and HubSpot — from concept to deployment, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Social Media Collaboration: Partner with our external social media agency to align brand voice, campaigns, and visual strategy across all platforms.
  • Website Management: Coordinate with our web development team to update and optimize site content, improve SEO, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, website analytics, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all messaging, visuals, and marketing touchpoints align with Kalos’ premium brand standards and guest experience focus.
  • Owner Communication: Draft and distribute owner newsletters and updates that reflect our professionalism, performance, and hospitality focus.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–4 years in marketing, preferably within hospitality, property management, or vacation rentals.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, social, Air BNB, VRBO, SEO)
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving and brand storytelling ability
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Tech Familiarity:

  • Streamline VRS (Vacation Rental Software)
  • HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Canva, Adobe Acrobat (Creative Cloud is a plus)
  • Akia (guest communication platform)
  • Microsoft 365 Suite
  • ChatGPT or other AI tools for copy creation and optimization

Bonus Knowledge:

  • SEO best practices and web analytics
  • Short-term rental operations and guest journey mapping
  • Email automation and campaign testing

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
