Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and advertising sales.
  • Coordinate content creation and copywriting efforts for various marketing materials, ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards and audience interests.
  • Manage social media marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and followers.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform campaign planning and content development.
  • Oversee website management using WordPress; implement HTML updates when necessary to enhance user experience and SEO performance.
  • Analyze digital marketing data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
  • Monitor industry best practices in performance marketing, B2B marketing, content marketing, and print advertising to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Experience

  • Proven experience in healthcare digital marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva for content creation is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools is essential.
  • Knowledge of HTML basics and WordPress website management will be advantageous.
  • Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail within budget constraints.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
