We’re looking for a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our creative team and play a key role in executing compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.

Position Summary:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with Clean Air Industries’ brand and business goals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional with a passion for design, content creation, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
  • Design marketing materials including flyers, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies and ensure brand consistency.
  • Support video content production including basic editing and post-production tasks.
  • Draft and proofread copy for promotional materials, social media, website content, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and marketing partners as needed.
  • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and branding.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or creative support role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Basic copywriting skills and an understanding of brand voice and tone.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS, HubSpot CRM, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
