As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support campaign execution by tracking tasks, managing assets, and ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients. You’ll be hands-on in digital media account setup, project coordination, and client services.

Hours: Full-time Position, Monday-Friday

Annual Salary: Starting at $40,000

Location: Hybrid, Consisting of Work from Home (M/F) + Sioux Falls, SD Office (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

• Adaptable + Proactive – You can handle multiple projects, switch between tasks easily, and solve small issues before they become big problems.
• Comfortable with Technology – You’re willing to learn project management tools, digital ad platforms, and collaboration tools like Slack.

The Experience

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital media, and project coordination.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other digital media platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), project management tools (such as Teamwork, Asana, or Trello), and Slack.
• Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, or content marketing workflows.

The Daily

• Assisting Cannonball team members in the coordination of campaign details and timelines between clients and internal teams.
• Helping track and facilitate project tasks to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Assisting Account Managers and Executives in the coordination of campaign details and timelines between clients and internal teams.
• The Marketing Coordinator works alongside the Account leads, focusing on communicating the small but crucial details that contribute to client success and efficient team collaboration.
• Tasks may include: assisting with the setup, research, development, execution, and monitoring + setup of paid digital, social media, SEO, website and content marketing campaigns, prepping reporting decks for client meetings.
• Owning, communicating, and managing all the little things is crucial to the overall success of our clients and each member working as a team.
