We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead brand initiatives, drive customer acquisition, and support the overall growth of our organization. This individual will oversee marketing strategy, content direction, and campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and market positioning.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business goals, brand awareness, and lead generation
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, SEO, and website platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee content development including blogs, newsletters, landing pages, digital ads, and promotional materials
- Manage marketing calendar, budget, and vendor relationships
- Lead brand development efforts and maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Plan and support events, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives where relevant
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in [industry]
- Proven track record in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
