WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The marketing coordinator will work closely with the listing coordinator and real estate agents to ensure all coming soon, just listed, price reduction, and open house marketing materials are created and delivered. They will also oversee Google products, SOI outreach, past-customer marketing campaigns, and support agents with personal branding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and excels in organization and project management. They will help develop processes that support an exceptional agent experience and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
POSITION SUMMARY: The marketing coordinator supports the marketing team through copywriting, graphic design, e-mail & social media marketing, and web design. The marketing coordinator has an eye for detail, is exceptionally organized, enjoys working independently, and has a natural aptitude for spelling, grammar, and writing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Schedule, track, and complete marketing requests, prioritizing and completing on time typically 24-48 hours
- Coordinate with and manage graphic designer and social media Virtual Assistant
- Oversee company social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) utilizing Virtual Assistant for content creation and posting.
- Write copy for an extensive range of materials, including social media captions, magazine ads, short and long listing descriptions, and print materials (including booklets).
- Create content and improve graphic designs in Photoshop and Canva
- Execute marketing campaigns for new listings, from signed contract through to closing
- Work with agents to create personal marketing materials (i.e., postcards, flyers, mailers, etc.)
- Write and revise Marketing Policies and Procedures and train via Trainual
- Enhance out online presence through Google and outlets
- Work on special marketing projects as requested by leadership

SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Expert proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading
- Fluent in Instagram and Facebook
- Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop
- Intermediate for web design and graphic design
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work independently
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Tech-savvy
- Fluent in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and strong spreadsheet knowledge
- Cloud-based file management
WORK SCHEDULE/LOCATION:
- Flexible but mostly 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
- In office
COMPENSATION: $ 35,000.00 Annual
- Paid Time Off: PTO will start after 3 months and is 80 hours annually.
- 9 Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Friday after, and Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
