Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support Hamilton Caster by executing key marketing initiatives focused on content creation, digital marketing, website management, social media, and trade show coordination. This role requires a mix of creativity, and technical skills including attention to detail of product attributes and specifications to enhance Hamilton Caster’s brand presence, drive engagement, and support product marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Lead the creation, production, and execution of engaging visual content, including videos, product photography, ads and social media assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and digital platforms to drive engagement.
- Manage and expand the company’s product image library, blog, and photo gallery, ensuring high-quality and brand-consistent assets.
- Design and develop marketing materials to support sales and new product initiatives.
- Strategically manage social media calendar for both Hamilton Caster and Carts & Trailers, to maximize reach, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product manager to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and reinforce brand messaging.
Website Management & HTML Development
- Own and optimize both HamiltonCaster.com and CartsAndTrailers.com, ensuring copy accuracy, SEO performance, and a seamless user experience.
- Ensure all technical details remain accurate and up to date by collaborating with sales, engineering, and the product manager.
- Develop and refine HTML, CSS, and JavaScript custom module configurations within the company’s content management system (CMS) and internal catalog system (Cat Admin) to ensure accurate product data and seamless functionality.
- Execute website updates, create new pages, and implement custom HTML-based marketing elements while proactively identifying and resolving functionality issues to enhance performance and minimize IT dependency.
HubSpot/CRM Implementation & Management
- Create and deploy email marketing assets, ensuring proper audience segmentation, automation setup, and campaign execution to support broader marketing initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing-generated leads from trade shows, digital campaigns, and other sources to improve conversion rates.
Trade Show Coordination
- Lead trade show logistics and execution, overseeing booth setup, shipping, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the trade show booth remains modern, visually compelling, and strategically aligned with each event’s target audience.
- Maintain and track the trade show budget and calendar.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in manufacturing, B2B, or industrial markets.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with GA4, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and CMS platforms.
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital reporting.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams.
Preferred Skills
- Photography, video editing, or design experience.
- Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience supporting trade shows or field events.
- Attention to detail – meticulous to spot all errors in product attributes and specifications.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
