Baci Studio is growing. We’re an art–fashion–events space under the Manhattan Bridge Archway, powered by the Italian fashion brand Baci. Our space includes a photo studio, pop-up venue, and gallery supporting emerging designers and artists — which means a constant stream of content and stories waiting to be turned into strategy.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator (with strong digital instincts and a sharp offline eye) to lead our marketing for Baci Studio and Baci Fashion USA. This is a creative, operational, roll-up-your-sleeves role.

If you don’t have fashion marketing + Shopify experience, this role is not for you.

What you’ll do

• Refresh and refine our brand voice across platforms
• Plan and execute digital marketing
• Run and grow our social media channels
• Oversee agencies (SEO, email, ads)
• Track trends and use them smartly
• Analyze site traffic, conversions, and customer behavior
• Shape online user experience and increase engagement/NPS
• Produce weekly marketing updates and reports
• Manage and optimize the media budget

What you bring

• Proven experience in digital/fashion marketing
• Shopify expertise (non-negotiable)
• Knowledge of social, SEO, and digital tools
• Project-management confidence; ability to work independently
• Strong communication + a proactive, creative mindset
• Bonus: familiarity with Square, fashion industry trends

You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping how Baci shows up online and in NYC.

Terms

• Part time (ecommerce focus) or full time (with studio/gallery responsibilities)
• Hybrid possible after the first month
• $50,000 base + $20,000 performance bonus (higher comp for strong experience)
