Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, and performance marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage content creation for various platforms, including website content using WordPress, blog posts, social media posts, and print advertising materials.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, nurture leads, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform strategic planning.
  • Optimize website content for SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad copy and coordinating with sales teams for cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Oversee social media marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other relevant channels to grow followers and engagement.
  • Analyze digital analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product management teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, and market positioning strategies.
  • Assist with budgeting processes for marketing initiatives ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Support B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted messaging for business clients and managing outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate print advertising campaigns including design oversight using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and promote new products or services while maintaining compliance with best practices.
  • Track performance metrics regularly to optimize ongoing campaigns and report results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and other digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments is highly desirable along with a background in product management or e-commerce.
  • Strong research skills with an ability to analyze data insights for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines within a collaborative team setting.
  • Budgeting experience is preferred to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
