Role: Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels. This role focuses on social media management, a significant emphasis on videography and short-form video content creation, including filming, editing, and producing engaging multimedia assets for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, content creation, campaign support, promotional activity coordination, event support. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, highly skilled in video production, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Maintain and update the content calendar to support brand priorities and campaign timelines.
  • Assist in developing social media strategies that increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
  • Support videography needs, including filming and editing shortform videos Create and produce social media reels for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook.

Videography & Short-Form Video Production

  • Lead the filming, editing, and production of highquality shortform videos for social media, campaigns, and promotional use.
  • Capture onsite footage at installations, events, and customer locations to highlight Earthlight Technologies' services and brand story.
  • Produce engaging reels, video ads, and digital content optimized for various platforms.
  • Maintain an organized video asset library and ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to storyboard concepts, develop video scripts, and drive creative direction.

Content Creation

  • Create and support the development of marketing content, including social media posts, website copy, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in marketing asset creation and design, working with designers or using design tools to produce visually engaging assets.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Market Research

  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.
  • Provide insights that help shape campaign strategies, messaging, and content planning.

Event Coordination

  • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, conferences, and community activations.
  • Support event logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.

Job Requirements & Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 35 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management.
  • Proven experience in social media management, videography, and shortform video editing, with a strong portfolio of published work.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, including experience producing digital and social media content.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic graphic design concepts.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, web content optimization, and basic CSS knowledge.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media marketing, and campaign support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from credible sources.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience supporting event coordination and promotional activities is a plus.

Compensation: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
