Job Summary
AP & GVT Automotive Group is looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The Marketing Coordinator will support everything from digital advertising and community events to customer communication and brand reputation. Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Create and schedule social media posts across all platforms and locations.
- Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Design graphics and write engaging captions.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Build and optimize paid social campaigns.
- Assist with Google Ads and monthly SEO updates.
- Update website content.
- Manage Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Maps listings.
Community Engagement & Events
- Research community sponsorships and outreach opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of community events and team member parties.
- Manage event materials and budgets.
- Assist with community give-back events and promotions.
Customer Relationship Management & Customer Communications
- Manage customer communication, reviews, and campaigns in CRM.
- Assist with monthly newsletters and weekly email/text campaigns.
- Create and schedule location-specific offers and retention campaigns.
- Support customer retention efforts and brainstorm new outreach campaigns.
Marketing Operations
- Attend weekly and quarterly marketing/leadership meetings.
- Order signage, apparel, swag, and supplies as needed.
- Help with graphic design work for marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. (preferred)
- Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, social media, or communications role; automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with proven ability to create, schedule, and manage content across platforms.
- Skilled in brainstorming, filming, and editing short-form video content.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging for captions, emails, and text campaigns.
- Basic graphic design ability using Canva or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with strong awareness of brand voice and reputation management.
- Comfortable collaborating with leadership, team members, vendors, and community partners.
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and locations.
- Ability to track budgets, event requirements, inventory, and marketing materials.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
