Jacob Tubing L.P. is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Marketing Coordinator in Memphis, TN. This is a full-time in office position (40 hours/week) which will provide proactive administrative support to upper management and the sales team. The successful candidate should enjoy a fast-paced environment, high attention to detail, an aptitude for marketing, social media, and employee engagement skills. This position will work closely with the sales team as well as the international marketing group comprised of individuals working in similar positions at our European sister companies and parent company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and Create Sales Collateral: Develop visually appealing materials including Power Point presentations, brochures, flyers, tradeshow graphics, and print ads.
  • Organize and maintain trade show presence at various industry shows
  • Act as a liaison, supporting brand and company messages and objectives with other employees through supporting and relationship building.
  • Proof policies, documents, letters.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee events.

· Manage standards across all digital platforms, including website, video, email and mobile communications, and social media.

  • Social Media content creation and calendar planning
  • Collaborate and lead social media marketing strategies to drive revenue and awareness.

· Provides administrative oversight of official Jacob Tubing accounts: Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

  • Works with in house Videographer for content creation for social media, You Tube, and training videos

· Creates, schedules, analyzes, and applies assessment and statistical data for marketing purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Photoshop, photo/video editing software, and Microsoft Office

· At least two years of professional experience in social media content creation, web design, or SEO/SEM preferred.

· Photo/video editing skills.

· Effective organization and time-management skills with the ability to work in high-pressure situations.

· Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes while managing multiple projects, as well as collaboratively working with leaders of other areas to achieve common goals; working as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in concept, development, and production of communication materials.

  • Ability to evaluate analytics and summarize the effectiveness of content.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), team player is a must.
  • Must have a professional demeanor, possess a strong work ethic and be reliable.

· Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience:

  • 2 years working in office environment
  • Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,200.00 - $53,300.00 per year
