As we expand, we are launching our first in-house marketing role — a unique opportunity to help shape our brand, generate new business, and accelerate our growth across the region.

Position Overview
This is a new and progressive role designed for a motivated, creatively driven marketing professional ready to build something meaningful from the ground up. You will support the company’s marketing operations, manage day-to-day campaigns, create content, and help drive consistent lead generation.
The role starts with core execution and grows into strategy as you demonstrate impact over time.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Presence & Lead Generation

  • Manage and grow our online presence across Google, social media, and website channels.
  • Support Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Publish Google Business posts, upload photos, and manage review engagement.
  • Track inbound lead sources and support optimization of cost-per-lead.

Content Creation

  • Create social media content including posts, graphics, short videos, and stories.
  • Produce simple marketing materials such as flyers, service sheets, and promotional assets.
  • Capture before/after photos and video clips from installations when needed.
  • Highlight team wins, customer testimonials, and completed projects.

Brand Management

  • Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
  • Ensure messaging reflects Granado Technologies’ professional and customer-focused tone.
  • Support website updates and enhancements for clarity, conversion, and SEO.

Local Marketing & Partnerships

  • Help build relationships with realtors, contractors, builders, and small businesses.
  • Support local sponsorships, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in managing referral programs and local networking efforts.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
  • Produce monthly reports covering leads, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to Sales and Operations on trends and opportunities.

Cross-Department Support

  • Collaborate with Sales and the Project Manager to align campaigns with demand and capacity.
  • Support communication campaigns around promotions, new services, and seasonal demand.
  • Provide sales materials and content that support customer education and conversion.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, digital content, or social media management.
  • Proficiency with Canva, social media tools, and basic analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, or Meta Ads (a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (Zoho is a bonus).

Preferred Skills

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Experience with service, tech, construction, or field-based industries.
  • Ability to analyze results and take action based on data.
  • Confidence in capturing simple on-site video content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
