About PAC

Priest & Associates Consulting, LLC (PAC) is a fire-safety engineering firm specializing in Engineering Judgments (EJs), test-plan development, fire-resistance evaluations, and code-consulting services for manufacturers, architects, and builders across North America and internationally. As we continue to grow our test programs, service offerings, and partnerships, we are expanding our internal marketing capabilities to better communicate PAC’s expertise and value to our clients.

Position Overview

The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator will support PAC’s marketing, branding, and communications efforts. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, creative, and capable of working independently while managing multiple ongoing tasks. The Marketing Coordinator will help enhance PAC’s public presence, maintain consistent messaging, and support proposal development and client-facing materials.

This position is part-time with flexible scheduling and room to grow as PAC expands.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Communications

  • Maintain consistent messaging across PAC’s website, proposals, and LinkedIn content.
  • Draft, edit, and schedule LinkedIn posts highlighting PAC projects, Engineering Judgments, test programs, and industry updates.
  • Develop case studies and project summaries based on completed PAC work.
  • Assist with PAC + FPCG cross-marketing under the Teaming Agreement.

Proposal & Document Support

  • Assist with formatting and polishing proposals, capability statements, and client-facing documents.
  • Update proposal templates and maintain a library of PAC service descriptions and fees.
  • Help produce marketing materials for conferences, presentations, and client outreach.

Website & Digital Presence

  • Update PAC website pages, bios, services, and new capabilities.
  • Support SEO improvements for terms related to fire testing, Engineering Judgments, and code consulting.
  • Manage PAC’s online listings and digital footprint.

Content Creation

  • Develop graphics, diagrams, and basic marketing visuals (preferably in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
  • Organize photos, logos, branding files, and marketing assets.
  • Assist in preparing newsletters or announcement emails as PAC grows.

Internal Support

  • Maintain a light CRM or client-contact list for outreach.
  • Assist leadership with preparation of marketing decks, conference materials, and pitches.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content creation
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn business posting

Preferred (bonus skills):

  • Experience in A/E/C or technical/engineering marketing
  • WordPress or Webflow website editing experience
  • Knowledge of proposal development in professional services
  • Basic SEO or analytics familiarity
  • Ability to take complex technical information and turn it into clean, client-friendly content

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $18–$25/hr depending on experience
  • Flexible part-time schedule (15–25 hours/week)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
