Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for sales and marketing including deveoping relationship with other business, collaborating with like business for brand awareness and also digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in executing multichannel marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and supporting brand growth across various platforms. The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in SEO, social media marketing, advertising sales, and marketing automation within a collaborative environment focused on innovation and results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
  • Creating event and doing B2B marketing for brand awareness and to bring in more customers.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling copy for marketing materials, advertisements, blogs, and email campaigns aligned with brand voice and strategy.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to design visual assets for campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Support product management initiatives by coordinating marketing efforts around new product launches or updates.
  • Assist with budgeting processes for marketing projects and monitor campaign spend against allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop advertising sales strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends such as performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and HTML coding for email templates or landing pages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies including content marketing, print advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS, HTML basics for email templates or landing pages is a plus.
  • Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
