R.O.I. Properties is an award-winning, team-oriented, Phoenix-based, full-service Commercial and Residential Real Estate Brokerage firm. Since its formation in 2003, R.O.I. has been involved in the acquisition, lease, and sale of over 5,000 properties.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our Commercial, Residential, and Property Management divisions, while also assisting in company-wide branding, social media, events, and sponsorships. This role is essential in ensuring that marketing initiatives run smoothly, on time, and in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate is an efficient executor, strong communicator, and creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary executional support, ensuring marketing projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Manage and execute social media content scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Support event planning and sponsorships, including coordinating swag, display tables, and product inventory.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials in Canva, with occasional projects requiring InDesign.
  • Oversee and schedule e-blasts, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain marketing databases, files, and materials, ensuring all assets are organized and up to date.
  • Assist in drafting compelling marketing descriptions for properties in collaboration with agents and the team.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with industry standards and effectively highlight properties.
  • Develop and maintain internal marketing schedules, ensuring that campaigns, social media posts, and materials executed on time and in line with strategic goals.
  • Support content development for newsletters, blogs, flyers, social media posts, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and SEO team to ensure the website remains up-to-date, optimized for desktop and mobile, and aligned with keyword strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and ensure marketing strategies are competitive.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Marketing Coordinator, ensuring seamless integration between Commercial and Residential marketing efforts.
  • Assist with additional marketing responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong executional skills in social media, event coordination, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Canva required; InDesign experience preferred.
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms, website updates, and SEO strategy coordination.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
