Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to manage campaigns from conception through analysis. Duties

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital channels.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms including blogs, social media, websites (WordPress), and print advertising materials.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials and visual content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms; prepare reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with sales teams on advertising sales initiatives and product management projects.
  • Oversee budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve lead nurturing processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends such as performance marketing, B2B marketing, e-commerce strategies, and HTML coding for website enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and social media marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Excellent research skills combined with copywriting abilities for creating engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Knowledge of print advertising processes is a plus.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing, product management, or budgeting is desirable but not required. This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about innovative digital marketing strategies who thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to growth and creativity.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
