Marketing Coordinator

Columbia Taping Tools is a trusted leader in manufacturing drywall taping and finishing tools, built on integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer care. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to welcome a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to our team.

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and connect our services with the community. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, call center, and field teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, enjoys blending creativity with organization, and is eager to develop their marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, print, website, and social media channels.
  • Support content creation and ensure timely delivery by working with vendors, media contacts, and agencies.
  • Track marketing performance and engagement trends using tools like Google Analytics and social insights.
  • Maintain brand standards and manage creative assets and internal marketing materials.
  • Organize company events, sponsorship activities, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to reputation management efforts (customer reviews, social engagement, etc.).
  • Assist with website updates, content organization, and local SEO strategies.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, budget tracking, and campaign documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing activities with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Education or experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools (a plus).
  • Experience with Shopify and CRM or analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social dashboards (preferred but not required).
