Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives for our new home construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing digital and print assets, and ensuring consistent brand presentation across all platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Please note: This is an in-office position. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new home communities.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns, and website content updates.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
Maintain and update community collateral such as brochures, signage, floor plans, and spec sheets.
Support event planning and logistics for community openings, broker events, and promotional activities.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, online traffic, and lead activity.
Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding and messaging standards.
Collaborate with sales teams to provide timely marketing assets and support sales initiatives.
Manage relationships with external vendors, photographers, print companies, and advertising partners.
Assist with gathering content, including site photography, model home updates, and construction progress.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support strategic planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
Experience using Lasso CRM for lead management, reporting, and campaign tracking.
Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-driven with a creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work on-site full-time in an office environment.
