Marketing Coordinator

Chartrand Orthodontics is looking for a creative, energetic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our amazing team! You will manage the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts, keeping our brand consistent, our content fresh, and our community presence strong.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00am – 5:00pm, Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Social media management of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc

Content creation - Posts, Reels, Photos, Stories, Captions

Plan and execute monthly giveaways, promotions, and contests

Coordinate sponsorships, and outreach opportunities

Organize patient appreciation and dental community events

Plan and execute marketing visits to referring dental & specialty practices

Cross train in the responsibilities of the Front Desk to provide backup support
