We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to support the promotion of the DIP Sales Center and its portfolio of properties. This role is pivotal in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, managing digital presence, and providing analytical support to drive sales objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management & Execution:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design) and external agencies to develop and produce advertising materials, social media content, and promotional activities.

Support the creation and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
2. Event Coordination & Logistics:

Assist in organizing and executing sales events, open houses, property viewings, and broker gatherings at the Sales Center.

Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and setups are prepared and professionally presented for client-facing events.

Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up activities.
3. Digital & Social Media Management:

Manage the day-to-day social media presence for the DIP Sales Center across relevant platforms.

Create and schedule engaging content, including property highlights, market updates, and campaign promotions.

Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads) to inform strategy.
4. Market Research & Reporting:

Conduct research on competitor activities, real estate market trends, and customer preferences.

Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support the development of marketing strategies and sales initiatives.

Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for management based on marketing and campaign data.
5. Administrative & Operational Support:

Maintain and organize marketing files, digital assets, records, and inventories of promotional materials.

Ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives through regular coordination with the sales and brokerage teams.

Handle general inquiries related to marketing and promotional activities in a professional manner.

Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Sales Center Manager.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the marketing and promotion goals of the Sales Center.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative role (real estate experience a plus).

Proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
