Marketing Manager – Wellness & Aesthetic Practice

We are a growing wellness and aesthetic medical practice in Boca Raton seeking a full-time, in-office Marketing Professional to lead and execute all aspects of our marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and results-driven marketer with hands-on experience across all areas of marketing.

Experience in all areas of marketing is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and patient acquisition
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) including content creation, posting, and engagement
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, SMS campaigns, promotions, funnels)
• Oversee paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.) and track ROI
• Manage website updates, SEO, and online reputation (reviews, listings)
• Coordinate in-office promotions, events, and partnerships
• Create marketing materials (graphics, flyers, promotions, signage)
• Track analytics, reporting, and performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with providers and leadership to align marketing with business goals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in all areas of marketing (digital, social, email, branding, promotions, analytics)
• Experience in medical, wellness, aesthetics, or beauty marketing strongly preferred
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools, CRMs, and ad platforms
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Must be reliable and able to work full-time, in-office in Boca Raton
