Marketing Coordinator (In-Office)

West Berlin, NJ

InterWork is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Design Coordinator to support both visual content creation and core marketing functions. This role leans heavily on graphic design, with writing and content support as important secondary components. Ideal candidates have strong visual skills, solid marketing fundamentals, and the ability to produce clean, professional copy when needed.

This is a full-time, in-office role requiring reliable commuting.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary Focus)

  • Create high-quality, on-brand graphics for social media, presentations, sales materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to support daily and project-based design needs.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and deliverables.

Social Media & Content Support

  • Assist with planning, drafting, and scheduling posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Ensure visuals and messaging align with the brand and support marketing objectives.
  • Review content for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.

Marketing Coordination

  • Support the development and refinement of marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Assist with updating website content and basic SEO-related tasks (metadata updates, simple keyword research).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to support ongoing marketing initiatives and special projects.

General Support

  • Help organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Participate in campaign planning and contribute creative ideas.
  • Assist with event materials, outreach campaigns, and day-to-day marketing needs.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world design work.
  • Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, professional short-form content.
  • Understanding of social media best practices for business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or platform insights.
  • Experience with WordPress or another CMS.
  • Ability to create or edit short-form video content.
