Job Overview

This is not your average desk job. We chase ideas with teeth, break things, and bite. You’ll be a key force behind the scenes—supporting our marketing leads across every corner of the commercial marketing department.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager II, you’ll help strategize, coordinate, and execute campaigns, events, and creative deliverables that move the brand forward. You’ll work cross-functionally across departments, keeping projects organized, timelines tight, and ideas flowing.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing (Concentration in Email Marketing)
  • Social Media Management (Creation → Publishing)
  • Clinic Execution (Logistics + Marketing Materials)
  • Handoffs (Support Dish + FlipSled Lead Generation)
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset (Be Open + Ask Questions + Fail Fast + Be Proactive)

A Day in the Life:

  • Organize, negotiate, coordinate, and sometimes attend tradeshow events across the country
  • Copywriting projects, including but not limited to marketing material, blogs, press releases, email campaigns, and SEO activations
  • Capture, organize, edit, and post organic social media content, while also building and engaging a social community
  • Assist the Marketing Manager II & Studio Team in creative production efforts
  • Track monthly metrics and generate reports from numerous sources
  • Manage the end-to-end UGC process—sourcing, communication, and organization—across multiple platforms

Requirements

  • Creative, goal-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated
  • Organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Time & Project Management skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
  • “Figure it out” mentality

Qualifications (preferred, but not required)

  • 2-3 Years of Marketing-related experience
  • Proficient in Google Suite Platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
  • Knowledge of traditional, digital, guerrilla, and content marketing
  • Passionate/interest in the sports equipment industry
  • Experience with Adobe Express and/or Canva platforms

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
