Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time)

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing tactical campaigns that drive revenue growth, and improve customer engagement across all regions of Secure Parking USA. The position requires a dynamic, results-oriented person with a strong background in traditional and digital marketing.

The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for providing marketing support for the Operations and Business Development teams and supporting partnerships that create new revenue opportunities.

This is a ‘hands-on’ role and the Marketing Coordinator is expected to fulfill or marketing responsibilities until the business is at a growth stage where additional marketing resources are required.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Marketing Coordinator's key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Key Areas of Responsibility

Branding

  • Ensure consistent and correct usage of the Secure Parking brand across all areas of the business including all marketing material and signage including managing and updating the Brand Guidelines and Signage Manual
  • Approve all signage proposals for new car parks ensuring they adhere with signage manual and include clear communication of vehicle / pedestrian messaging

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies in collaboration with a cross-functional teams across geographic territories to achieve business objectives including co-ordination of sales support materials
  • Proactively collaborate with regional General Managers / Operations Teams / Sales Teams / Finance Teams to drive revenue across all parking portfolios including development of launch marketing programs for new car parks and co-ordination of sales support materials
  • Support Business Development teams in the development of sales support materials and tender documentation
  • Focus on building collaborative business partnerships with organizations and affiliate programs including businesses that are within a car park’s ‘community of interest
  • Manage the relationship with all external marketing related suppliers and contractors

Digital Marketing Management

  • Work with external contractors in the implementation of digital marketing strategies including website development / SEO / SEM / EDM and social media.
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance customer engagement and data collection
  • Create and track new campaigns for new parking locations
  • Ensure accurate & best practice sales tracking is in place for all relevant websites, apps & 3rd party platforms
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing initiatives.

Website Development & Content Management

  • Manage day-to-day web content updates including event pages and new parking location information pages
  • Develop website update program and liaise with web developers for implementation of website upgrades
  • Ensure website is up-to-date with Google Best Practise tracking of attribution & conversions (sales & leads)
  • Ensure website delivers a user experience in line with current market expectations and trends
  • Manage all external service integrations with Secure Parking website

Google Ads (SEM)

  • Monitor campaign, ad, and keyword performance/budget on a daily basis
  • Perform regular ad maintenance and optimization in collaboration with external contractor
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Utilizing Google Search Console & Google Analytics GA4 to monitor sales growth strategies
  • Work with external contractor to ensure website is up-to-date with Google Best Practice for search engine optimization

Google Business Listings Management

  • Claim and verify new parking locations
  • Optimize parking location listings & create UTM tags
  • Manage events and promotional posts
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across all locations

Email Marketing

  • Create and execute revenue generation / brand awareness email campaigns for each market
  • Source focus site suggestions from Operations
  • Identify relevant events near parking facilities
  • Design exclusive promotional offers
  • Manage email build, approval process, and timely execution
  • Coordinate campaign materials and components, such as promotional codes, QR codes & UTM tags

Social Media

  • Develop and manage social media content calendar
  • Provide creative direction to designers
  • Write engaging copy
  • Execute awareness ad campaigns
  • Monitor performance and create reports

Content Creation

  • Author blog posts for new site announcements
  • Create content for campaign launches
  • Develop marketing collateral as needed

Technical Marketing Operations

  • Manage dynamic QR code system for all parking locations and campaigns
  • Oversee UTM tag implementation across all digital and physical communications
  • Serve as primary point of contact for operations marketing requests such as, flyer creation and distribution, signage coordination, stakeholder approval management

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles
  • Track record of developing and executing successful data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of data analytics and digital marketing technologies
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the parking industry or related service-based industries is a plus

This position may require occasional travel to regional offices and the flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed to support national marketing and product development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
