Marketing Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Marketing Coordinator to assist with the preparation and coordination of marketing materials, listings, and events. This role focuses on hands-on marketing support, content preparation, and maintaining accurate marketing documentation. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their work, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials including property flyers, presentations, proposals, and offering packages
• Assist with posting and maintaining listing information across marketing and advertising platforms
• Create signage and promotional materials for open houses, events, and business expos
• Assist with email marketing preparation and distribution
• Support event logistics, setup coordination, and follow-up tasks
• Assist with preparation and organization of listing agreements and related documentation
• Maintain organized listing and marketing files and track listing expiration dates
• Prepare commission invoices related to listings
• Scan and upload listing and marketing documents into digital filing systems
• Provide limited backup support for the Office Manager during lunches or temporary absences, including answering phones and greeting visitors
• Assist with additional marketing-related projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, coordination, real estate support, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common office technology

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
