Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Team Lead to develop and execute compelling content strategies that elevate our brand presence across digital channels. Duties
- Assist Marketing project manager in implementing comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Manage CRM tool from lead to scheduling tours
- Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, white papers, social media posts, videos, and graphics.
- Assist Marketing Project Manager to optimize content across multiple platforms using Content Management Systems and other CMS tools.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO performance and improve organic search rankings.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design, photography, videography, and editing purposes.
- Write clear, compelling copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Manage social media marketing efforts including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce multimedia content that supports product launches, campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content marketing to recommend innovative approaches.
- Assist in marketing automation efforts to streamline campaigns and improve lead nurturing processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in content marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of content creation projects.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (including video editing tools), WordPress, HTML/CSS basics for content formatting.
- Experience managing content management systems (CMS) and social media management platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives tailored to different audiences.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with videography, photography, graphic design, and content optimization techniques for e-commerce environments is a plus.
