About the Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute digital marketing initiatives in a fully remote environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social impact, storytelling, and digital engagement who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the CMO on strategic marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing projects from concept to completion
- Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards and reports
- Edit and optimize video and graphic content for social, email, and web
- Engage with our online community across social platforms
- Track and report on social media and digital marketing leads
- Develop referral relationships with attorneys and community partners
- Coordinate with external marketing vendors
- Support email marketing campaigns and events
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (legal or professional services a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube
- Experience with video and graphic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and dashboards
- Understanding of SEO, digital ads, and content marketing best practices
