Lebos is a 4th generation family owned business. We have 7 retail stores and an ecommerce division. We are looking for someone to be our marketing person.
Objective: Increase sales and traffic to stores and website.
Primary Job Functions:
- Ad Coordination – Work with buyers to coordinate weekly/yearly advertising content.
- Ad Layout and Design – (Proof Ads, Write copy) Must be able to use Canva.
- Media Buyer – Negotiate Contracts and Schedule Ads
- Maintain Ad budget plan, record actual expenses and credits.
- Special Events Coordinator – ie.. Grand Openings, Moving Sale, Southern Women’s Show, etc.
- Track results of weekly Ads in order to get best ROI
- Screen solicitations
- Vendor proposals for co-op funds and extra marketing dollars.
- Submit co-op claims for credit and track collection.
- Ensure store teams are aware of advertising schedule and are ready for special events and sales.
- In store signage, POP, create signs to support weekly promotions. Work with buying team to coordinate and contact vendors for POP update and timely deliveries.
- Contact local businesses for group sales. Hospitals, colleges, factories, etc.
- Manage our email marketing program. Must be able to us Klaviyo.
