The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing a program and strategy for reaching customers across all company product lines.
Applicants should be able to reach consumers through digital and traditional platforms and integrate marketing efforts across various product lines. Develop and create e-mail marketing using Constant Contact, grow the contact list, find new architects and contractors that would be interested in the products we offer. Manage and create SEO and update key words on our websites. Develop and pitch marketing campaigns and ideas to increase sales.
Ideal candidate will be comfortable with the computer (Outlook, Excel, Word), familiar with designing and creating e-mail marketing campaigns in Constant Contact, experience working in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop), understanding and experience with website SEO, and knowledge of eCommerce platforms to make changes. Organizational skills are critical to handle large amounts of data. Strong interpersonal communication skills to work with all co-workers. Needs to have the ability to format pictures and documents. Creative skills with designing ads & brochures, layout of website, and WordPress experience to make modifications to the website. The candidate needs to be comfortable in spending time in the shop taking videos and photos as well as helping to document operational processes with video and PowerPoint.
Experience with marketing in social media to reach our customer base, which includes Facebook/Instagram, Houzz, & Pinterest. This includes taking pictures and videos and posting to website or social media. Degree in Marketing or Public Relations / Communications is beneficial.
