Position Overview

UForce Fitness is seeking a driven, creative Marketing Representative to support brand growth through content creation, event execution, and client communication. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both generate ideas and execute them with consistency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Creative

• Create on-brand graphics for social media, email, and in-gym use

• Capture and edit photo and video content (classes, events, promotions, testimonials)

• Edit short-form video for digital platforms

• Organize and maintain marketing and content assets

Marketing & Communication

• Draft and schedule email campaigns and promotions

• Communicate with members, leads, and partners as needed

• Support marketing initiatives for memberships, challenges, and personal training

Events & Community Engagement

• Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of in-house events and activations

• Support community outreach and partnerships

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design and visual content skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)

• Video capture and editing experience

• Excellent written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management ability

• Comfortable working in an active gym environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle marketing

• Event marketing or community-based marketing experience
