Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital advertising efforts including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Content creation for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and print advertising.
  • Designing promotional materials and content assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing automation tools and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress and basic HTML coding as needed.
  • Coordinate promotional events, and sales initiatives to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted advertising sales strategies and support B2B marketing efforts.
  • Monitor budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Create and manage email campaigns to effectively communicate with existing customers

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with multichannel marketing campaigns that integrate online and offline channels.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation.
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies including copywriting for various audiences.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and product management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize performance.
  • Experience with Google AdWords/Google Ads campaigns and print advertising methods.
  • Basic understanding of HTML coding for website updates on WordPress platforms.
  • Strong research skills to identify market opportunities and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
