We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our marketing and business development initiatives across digital, print, and community channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys coordination, execution, and working closely with leadership and external partners.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Coordinate PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA), with external vendors or internal stakeholders.
• Support SEO initiatives, including organic search optimization and content updates.
• Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, leads, and conversions, and assist with reporting.
• Maintain accuracy of online listings and directories.

Social Media & Content

• Coordinate and execute social media marketing across firm-approved platforms.
• Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, or agencies as needed.

Email Marketing & Newsletters

• Coordinate mail campaigns and newsletters, including drafting, formatting, scheduling, and list management.
• Maintain segmented contact lists for clients, referral partners, and community contacts.
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

Community Outreach & Events

• Support community engagement efforts, including events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
• Assist with logistics such as signage, materials, and follow-up communications.
• Help maintain relationships with community partners.

Branding, Signage & Marketing Materials

• Coordinate development of marketing materials and signage.
• Ensure brand standards are followed across all platforms.
• Track inventory and reorder marketing supplies as needed.

Vendor & Project Coordination

• Assist with the coordination of marketing vendors, including PPC, SEO, design, printing, and events.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project trackers.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google LSA, SEO basics, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a professional services or law firm environment.
• Experience supporting community outreach or events.
