Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at BLT Restaurant Group. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, ensuring that all projects are executed effectively and efficiently. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage company websites
• E-blast creation
• Building monthly marketing calendar
• Social media management (posts, captions, messages, daily operations)
• Weekly meetings with management team
• Managing guest relationships through OpenTable & other review platforms
• Press email correspondence
• Manage and maintain online menus across multiple platforms, ensuring pricing and offerings are accurate and up to date
• Develop metrics and criteria for measuring marketing programs, promotions and activities that can be analyzed monthly

Skills

• This position requires 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry
• Photography and/or videography experience
• Basic graphic design and editing skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing
