Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-growing live commerce business.

Our team specializes in selling products through TikTok, creating a high-energy “treasure hunt” shopping experience.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn e-commerce, online selling, and digital marketing hands-on. You will work closely with the manager to coordinate daily business needs, support operations, and help grow our online presence.

No advanced experience required — we value execution, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Online Sales Coordination

• Assist in planning and preparing TikTok marketing.
• Coordinate products, inventory, and flow during each event.
• Support the host during sessions (comments, pacing, logistics)

Operations Support

• Track performance metrics (views, conversions, engagement)
• Assist with inventory organization and fulfillment coordination

General Assistant Tasks

• Work directly with the manager on daily business needs
• Help improve workflows and efficiency
• Take ownership of small projects and execute quickly

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in e-commerce, TikTok, or digital marketing
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be located near Kansas City (in-person role)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Familiar with TikTok
• Experience with e-commerce or Shopify
• Basic understanding of social media content
• Experience supporting a business, startup, or creator
