Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator
Location: West Chester, OH, On-Site
Hours: Full-Time, Monday- Friday
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000
About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketing‑minded professional with a strong graphic design background who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
You will assist with content creation, campaign support, events, research, digital marketing efforts, and various administrative tasks that help drive our brand forward.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns
Create or coordinate blog posts, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic marketing decisions
Track campaign performance and provide insights and reporting
Help coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Support digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, SEO, and social media
Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, and materials for the sales team
Collaborate closely with the marketing team on ongoing projects
Support budget tracking and cost‑effective marketing strategies
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain marketing databases
Qualifications
Experience in marketing or advertising, including branding, digital and print advertising, search engine marketing, email marketing, website design, and social media
Experience with marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation, content management, and lead generation platforms
2–4 years of graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat (Premiere is a plus)
2–4 years of experience using social reporting platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience
Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities
Self‑starter who works with urgency and follows through on tasks
