We are currently seeking an honest, hard-working, reliable individual to join our team as a full-time, Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, versatile individual who can make a big impact on a small team and who welcomes the occasional opportunity to work outside a traditional marketing role. This person has an excellent eye for detail with the ability to generate creative concepts and transform them into compelling visuals across multiple platforms and formats. The Marketing Coordinator must be able to perform a variety of tasks including graphic design; website and social media account management; and content creation for sales literature, trade shows, catalogs, and other promotions as necessary.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design
- Design high-quality, creative content for print, digital, and social media
- Coordinate and create content for promotions, gifts, and trade shows
- Develop branded assets and ensure brand consistency for signage, marketing, events, and campaigns
- Make the company vision, values, and products come to life through digital and print media
- Propose new campaign opportunities and execute approved plans
Web/Digital Support
- Assist with updates to marketing website
- Work with developers to maintain e-commerce site and ensure consistency with marketing website
- Take product photographs for use in designs, online galleries, and social media
- Shoot and edit video content for marketing and social media
- Develop and maintain content for product catalog
Other
- Work with sales and customer service to identify/implement marketing opportunities
- Learn about our customers and what they do and translate that knowledge into effective designs
- Support sales and Customer Account Coordinators by communicating with customers
- as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; or relevant experience
- Regardless of experience, you must be able to demonstrate a high level of aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Expert-level command of the English language. Must be able to write technical and creative content clearly and succinctly
- Creativity and strong aptitude in graphic design and media creation
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience utilizing online tools and analytics to drive decisions
- Ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term project plans
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Exceptional eye for detail and a keen understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Great work ethic with a high level of integrity
