Marketing Coordinator

Andriacchi Law is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen the firm’s local presence, improve online visibility, and support consistent marketing efforts for a growing Upper Peninsula law firm.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, reliable, and comfortable managing digital marketing tasks, local SEO, website content, social media, online reviews, and community outreach. The position does not require prior law firm marketing experience, but the ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and able to create clear, polished, client-friendly content.

Andriacchi Law serves clients in areas including personal injury, criminal defense, civil litigation, real estate, business law, and probate.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. Some in-office work may be required for meetings, content gathering, photography/video coordination, and firm projects, but some work may be performed remotely depending on experience and firm needs.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will assist with planning, organizing, and executing the firm’s marketing efforts.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing and updating the firm’s Google Business Profiles
  • Helping improve local SEO for Marquette, Ishpeming, and surrounding Upper Peninsula communities
  • Coordinating website updates, blog posts, attorney bios, practice area pages, and local content
  • Drafting and scheduling social media posts
  • Creating basic graphics, announcements, and marketing materials
  • Helping request, track, and organize client reviews in compliance with firm policies
  • Monitoring online listings for accuracy and consistency
  • Assisting with email newsletters or client communication campaigns
  • Coordinating community sponsorships, events, and local advertising opportunities
  • Tracking marketing leads and referral sources
  • Helping organize photos, videos, testimonials, and firm content assets
  • Working with website vendors, SEO vendors, designers, or advertising providers as needed
  • Reviewing website and marketing analytics and preparing simple monthly reports
  • Helping maintain a consistent brand voice across online and print materials
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the firm’s visibility in local search results

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, journalism, public relations, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Comfort working independently after direction is given
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms
  • Basic understanding of Google Business Profile, SEO, online reviews, or digital advertising
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple small projects at once

Helpful but not required:

  • Experience with WordPress or website content management
  • Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO tools
  • Experience with local SEO
  • Experience marketing professional services
  • Photography or short-form video experience
  • Prior law firm or legal industry experience

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can help the firm become more visible, consistent, and professional in its marketing.

This person should be able to take a general idea, turn it into a clear marketing task, and follow through. The role requires good judgment, discretion, and the ability to write in a polished, professional tone.

  • Journalism or communications graduate
  • Freelance marketer

Schedule

This is a part-time position.

Expected schedule:

  • Approximately 10–20 hours per week
  • Flexible weekday hours
  • Some in-office availability preferred
  • Hybrid remote work possible after training

Office hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern.

Compensation

Pay will depend on experience, skills, and schedule.

Estimated range: $18–$25 per hour

Highly qualified candidates with strong digital marketing, SEO, website, or professional-services marketing experience may be considered above the listed range.
