About the Position

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and fast-learning Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and grow one of our luxury jewelry client accounts across multiple sales channels including Shopify, eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and interested in growing long-term with our company. You will work closely with our team on social media, e-commerce operations, email marketing, customer communication, and sales monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across Shopify, eBay, Etsy, and other platforms
• Upload products, organize collections, and maintain accurate product information
• Assist with social media content creation and posting
• Help create and schedule marketing emails and promotional offers
• Monitor sales performance and marketplace activity
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
• Assist with SEO, product copywriting, and website content updates
• Support marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
• Help develop marketing strategies for luxury brands
• Work closely with managers and team members on daily operations and projects

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify, eBay, Etsy, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred, but not required
• Understanding of social media marketing is preferred
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, or digital marketing is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Graphic design or Canva knowledge is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow with the company

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
