Based in Dallas, this role will work closely with the Texas Division Marketing Director and a collaborative, co-located marketing team to prepare and develop proposals, qualifications packages, sales presentations, marketing content and collateral, and other regional pursuit efforts across the state.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, deadline-driven marketing professional who enjoys working with technical teams, translating project information into compelling client-focused content, and producing polished, brand-aligned deliverables.

WHY THIS ROLE:
This role is part of a collaborative Texas marketing team based in Dallas and designed to support Robins & Morton’s offices and pursuits across the Texas region. • Collaborate with technical team members to gather project information, resumes, approach narratives, graphics, and other pursuit content.
  • Maintain and improve marketing resources, including project profiles, resumes, proposal content, photography, CRM data, and other pursuit materials.
  • Ensure superior quality control across Texas marketing deliverables, including proofreading, formatting, brand alignment, and proposal compliance.
  • Coordinate presentations including presentation deliverables, message development, and team coaching.
  • Assist with project photography, award submissions, case studies, and other storytelling efforts that strengthen Robins & Morton’s presence in the Texas market.
  • Support regional marketing needs, including client events, community engagement, internal and external communications, and market research.
  • Participate in team collaboration, workload planning, and process improvement to help the Texas marketing team work efficiently and consistently across offices.

WHAT YOU BRING:
(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job)

  • AEC (construction, architecture, engineering), or professional services experience preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and grow in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from multiple contributors.
  • Exposure to proposals, presentations, or other deadline-driven marketing materials preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality while working under tight deadlines.
  • Support presentation preparation, including team coordination and message development, while developing presentation coaching skills in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable working with technical team members to gather information and develop content.
