Job Overview

USA Printing and Graphics is a locally owned and operated print shop seeking a creative, organized, and business-minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time in Visalia, CA.

We are looking for someone with experience in sales and/or marketing who can help grow our business, build customer relationships, and coordinate projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for candidates graduating with business, marketing, communications, or related degrees who are looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• In-person position

Responsibilities

• Follow up with incoming leads generated through advertising campaigns
• Communicate with customers and assist with sales inquiries
• Organize and coordinate projects from initial order through completion
• Help maintain customer relationships and support business growth
• Work closely with management on marketing initiatives and promotions
• Coordinate social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X/Twitter
• Schedule posts, engage with followers, and track engagement metrics
• Support e-commerce and website initiatives by improving product listings and user experience
• Assist with branding, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach efforts

Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional attitude and appearance with strong attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop
• Demonstrated ability in content creation for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices including:
• Conversion optimization
• Keyword research
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Customer engagement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of marketing experience preferred
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Experience in printing, graphics, branding, or signage industry is a plus
