Marketing Coordinator

Your Role in VT Markets
Support the Marketing Manager in daily marketing operations, cross-team coordination, project tracking, documentation, approval follow-up, and campaign/event execution across MENA markets.

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, event support, or admin-related roles. 
• Strong follow-up, communication, and organization skills. 
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic or Chinese speaker is an advantage.  
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at the same time. 
• Comfortable with Lark, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project trackers. 
• Financial services, fintech, forex, or brokerage experience is a plus but not required.
  
  

• Coordinate ongoing marketing projects, campaigns, events, webinars, seminars, sponsorships, and partner activities. 
• Track timelines, owners, deliverables, pending items, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution. 
• Support communication between marketing, BD, compliance, finance, vendors, agencies, and external partners. 
• Prepare meeting minutes, action lists, weekly updates, campaign trackers, and basic reporting documents. 
• Assist with event and activation logistics, including venue coordination, vendor follow-up, guest lists, invitations, materials, and on-site support. 
• Follow up on quotations, invoices, contracts, approvals, campaign materials, and other marketing documents. 
• Help organize and maintain marketing files, reports, approval records, budget trackers, and project documents. 
• Collect basic data and updates from different team members to support weekly/monthly marketing reports.
