Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the company's marketing efforts, ensuring they are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. This position is working with an established customer base of 40 years, so you will be reaching out to prospective, former and existing customers to grow business. Responsibilities will include finding a new creating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for creating successful advertising strategies.
Responsibilities
- Choose and implement a new Customer CRM
- Update all existing contact information to ensure it is accurate
- Complete the transition from paper files to online files
- Create and implement marketing campaigns geared towards various customers
- Track and report on marketing activities
- Identify, research, and report on competitors
- Coordinate content creation for websites and magazine ads
- Help organize travel to conferences, product launches and email campaigns
- Update and maintain marketing materials
- Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and creativity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Medical Device Field
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Canva)
- Experience with customer-facing communications (phone, email, conferences, etc.)
