Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

OZ Lab Beauty is looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and wholesale channels.

This role will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, executing campaigns, managing content, supporting marketplace growth, and helping drive both DTC and B2B sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing

  • Manage content calendars across Instagram & TikTok
  • Schedule and publish social media content
  • Write captions, hashtags, and social media copy
  • Coordinate content creation and creative assets
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions
  • Research social trends and content opportunities

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

  • Source, recruit, and manage influencers, content creators, and UGC creators
  • Develop and distribute UGC briefs, campaign guidelines, and content requirements
  • Draft and manage influencer agreements and collaboration contracts
  • Coordinate product gifting campaigns and creator seeding programs
  • Track creator deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
  • Maintain influencer and creator relationships
  • Manage affiliate partnerships and performance tracking
  • Support TikTok Shop creator collaborations and live-selling initiatives
  • Identify and develop brand partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate co-marketing campaigns with brand partners
  • Draft and manage partnership agreements and collaboration contracts

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Build and schedule email campaigns in Omnisend
  • Create SMS marketing campaigns
  • Support promotional calendars and product launches
  • Monitor campaign performance and reporting
  • Assist with audience segmentation and automation flows

E-Commerce & Shopify

  • Maintain Shopify product listings and collections
  • Upload product information and creative assets
  • Manage promotions, discount codes, and customer reviews
  • Support website merchandising and conversion optimization
  • Assist with product launch coordination

B2B & Marketplace Marketing

  • Manage and maintain Faire storefront content
  • Support Amazon listing updates and optimization
  • Coordinate marketplace promotions and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor product performance across wholesale channels
  • Support retailer communications and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with wholesale marketing asset preparation

Paid Advertising Support

  • Assist with Meta Ads campaign execution and monitoring
  • Support Google Ads campaign management
  • Coordinate creative testing and campaign assets
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Monitor beauty industry trends
  • Track marketing KPIs and campaign results
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with Omnisend or other email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or consumer products experience
  • Experience with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs
  • Experience managing external creators, freelancers, interns, or cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with Faire and Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO, website analytics, and e-commerce performance metrics
  • Experience coordinating brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives
  • Experience leading projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:$25–$30/hour

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
