Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for supporting and executing ChopAir’s marketing, branding, communications, and creative initiatives.

This position serves as a key marketing and communications resource for the organization—managing digital marketing, social media, content creation, recruiting materials, customer communications, and event promotion while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

In a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, this individual will balance creative execution with organizational excellence, helping strengthen ChopAir’s market presence, customer relationships, recruiting efforts, and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Website Oversight

  • Maintain and enforce ChopAir’s brand standards, messaging, and visual identity
  • Ensure consistency across all digital, print, and presentation materials
  • Manage website content, updates, and ongoing optimization
  • Coordinate branding initiatives across departments and business functions

Marketing & Advertising

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans that support company growth objectives
  • Coordinate digital and traditional advertising initiatives
  • Track campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations
  • Support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness efforts

Social Media & Communications

  • Manage company social media channels and content calendar
  • Create engaging content aligned with company goals, culture, and industry expertise
  • Monitor engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

Content Creation & Creative Development

  • Develop and manage case studies and project spotlights
  • Create website content and landing pages
  • Produce social media graphics, videos, and posts
  • Develop email campaigns and digital communications
  • Assist with sales presentations and proposals
  • Create product literature and sales collateral
  • Develop recruiting and employer branding materials
  • Create company announcements and press releases
  • Design event marketing and promotional materials

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Software & Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
  • Social media management platforms
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Adobe Photoshop or equivalent image editing software
  • Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software
  • Website content management systems
  • Marketing analytics and reporting tools

Preferred Skills

  • Photography and video content creation
  • Basic website management and SEO knowledge
  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience supporting recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Event planning and coordination experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
