Position Summary:

We have an excellent opportunity for a creative, self-motivated professional to develop the marketing and business development function for a successful firm. Fleisher Forensics is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator who will create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to maintain and expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Create professional and visually appealing marketing campaign content (graphics, blog posts, social media posts, eblasts, advertisements)
  • Communicate relevant industry news through a variety of channels including social media
  • Refine and evolve our social media presence to offer engaging content across all social platforms
  • Make regular updates and maintain company website
  • Collaborate with colleagues to carry out communication plans and promotional materials for marketing and trade events
  • Collect and analyze data on customer preferences; maintain confidential mailing lists; create, coordinate with professional staff and execute scheduled communications and touchpoints (eblasts, phone calls, visits, etc.) with clients
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and assist with intake of cases
  • Review inventory of sales support materials, recommend improvements, coordinate and create new material creation as needed
  • Interview and collaborate with in-house Liability Experts to produce articles for industry publications
  • Research and coordinate sources for presentations of industry webinars; manage and schedule in-house and client presenters
  • Manage communications and correspondence with clients and provide general administrative support as needed
  • Develop, track and report on various marketing metrics
  • Event scheduling and coordination
  • Attend trade shows and staff the company booth
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of marketing, public relations, or advertising experience; sales experience is a plus
  • Strong graphic design, data visualization, and communication skills through design tools to present information in a visually appealing and easy to understand format through infographics, reports, online presentations, publicity materials, social media and our web page
  • Experience with marketing a service company or legal sector a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including associated security and etiquette concerns
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including skill in 365 applications
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Able to travel, within driving distance, to attend industry trade events and networking opportunities; overnight stays may be required
