MARKETING COORDINATOR
Salary Classification: Technical Specialist
Salary Range: $21.00 – $35.00
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Vice President/Human Resources & Marketing
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives for Fulton Savings Bank. This role combines creative design, digital marketing, and community engagement to strengthen brand awareness, promote bank products and services, and enhance customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
General
- Maintain marketing inventory, vendor relationships, and project timelines
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM updates
- Ensure compliance with bank regulations and marketing standards
Marketing and Campaign Support
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns promoting bank products, services, and community initiatives
- Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met
- Collaborate with internal teams (retail, lending, HR) to support marketing needs across departments
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the bank’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns
- Create engaging posts, captions, and multimedia content to increase audience engagement and brand awareness
- Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Graphic Design and Content Creation
- Design marketing collateral including digital ads, email graphics, social media posts, brochures, flyers, and signage
- Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Support website updates with visual content and graphics as needed
- Assist with photography and video production for marketing campaigns and community events
Community Engagement and Events
- Support planning and promotion of community events, sponsorships, and financial education initiatives
- Represent the bank at community events when needed
- Help grow and maintain partnerships with local organizations and businesses
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- No unusual physical requirements.
- Work Environment is office based with occasional travel to branches or community events
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours for events or campaigns

REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of professional experience in coordinating marketing and branding on behalf of an organization
- Strong working knowledge of content creation including writing and editing content for publicity, marketing, social media, and websites
- Experience designing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, and presentations
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (email platforms, analytics tools, CMS)
- Basic photography and video editing skills a plus
- NCRC - ACT WorkKeys - National Career Readiness Ceritificatoin a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field preferred
