Responsibilities:
- Provide direct logistical support to the Marketing Director for all firm-related marketing efforts.
- Provide support to the firm’s leadership in pursuit of client targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing Director to unify and streamline the firm’s messaging and storytelling across all available platforms.
- Prepare template documents with intent for repeated use, with an emphasis on fee proposal development.
- Work with the Marketing Director and firm leadership to prepare presentations for use in trade shows
- Maintain the firm’s social media platforms with frequent active posts and updated content.
- Update content for the firm’s website, including new project photos and team member additions.
- Coordinate with outside vendors in gathering project photography for the firm’s ongoing marketing.
- Update the firm’s marketing collateral for use in trade shows, including brochures and swag items.
- Assist with shipping marketing collateral to various trade shows attended by team members.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and other applicable office related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication including formatting complex documents, editing and proofreading skills.
- High ability to develop graphic solutions to be used within marketing materials.
- Strong work ethic and highly organized, with ability to multitask and work under deadline pressure.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field, from a four-year college/university or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/ or professional training.
Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry is preferred.
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
