Based in Chatham, New York | Supporting the Berkshires & Columbia County Region

William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a creative, highly organized, and marketing-driven professional to serve as Marketing Coordinator for our Berkshire and Columbia County region. Based in our Chatham, New York office, this position will support advisors and offices throughout Chatham, Great Barrington, and Lenox, helping elevate both our luxury property marketing and agent branding initiatives.

This role is ideal for a candidate with professional graphic design experience who is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and possesses a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, brand management, and luxury real estate presentation.

Your Impact

As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for creating and executing sophisticated marketing materials that reflect the exceptional quality of the Sotheby's International Realty brand. Your work will directly influence agent productivity, listing exposure, brand awareness, and client engagement across the Berkshires and Columbia County markets.

You will play a vital role in helping our advisors market luxury homes, build their personal brands, and maintain a consistent and elevated presence across digital and print platforms.

Essential ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Brand Marketing

  • Design high-quality print and digital marketing materials utilizing Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and related design platforms
  • Create brochures, property flyers, postcards, listing presentations, advertisements, agent branding materials, and event collateral
  • Ensure all materials adhere to Sotheby's International Realty brand standards and luxury marketing expectations
  • Collaborate with advisors to develop customized marketing campaigns for listings and personal branding initiatives

Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Develop, schedule, and manage social media content for regional offices and advisors
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, and marketing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Assist agents in strengthening their online presence and personal brands
  • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve reach and effectiveness
  • Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Listing Marketing & Promotion

  • Coordinate marketing launches for new listings
  • Assist with photography, videography, virtual tours, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Ensure listings receive maximum exposure through company marketing channels
  • Support advisors with property marketing strategies and promotional opportunities

Regional Marketing Support

  • Support marketing initiatives across Chatham, Great Barrington, and Lenox offices
  • Coordinate office events, sponsorships, community outreach efforts, and regional marketing campaigns
  • Assist with internal communications and company presentations
  • Maintain consistency in marketing execution across all regional offices

Administrative & Project Coordination

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, and corporate marketing resources
  • Maintain organized project timelines and marketing schedules
  • Provide exceptional service and support to advisors and office leadership

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign required
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and related design platforms
  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Real estate marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel periodically between regional offices

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
