Marketing Coordinator

McGraw REALTORS® is growing, and we’re looking to expand our Arkansas Marketing Team.

Founded in 1938 as an independent residential real estate company in Tulsa, Oklahoma, McGraw REALTORS® has grown into one of the nation’s fastest-growing real estate companies with more than 780 experienced associates serving communities across Oklahoma and Arkansas.

As part of our continued growth, our Arkansas division has expanded to 9 offices across Northwest Arkansas, the River Valley, Central Arkansas, and surrounding markets. This position will play an important role in supporting those offices through marketing strategy, training, design, and day-to-day execution while helping strengthen the overall McGraw brand across the state.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing independent project ownership with collaboration across a remote team environment. Based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, this position will work closely with marketing team members located across Arkansas and support agents and offices throughout the state.

This job will include the following responsibilities:

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
• Educate and assist associates with CRM tools and marketing technology
• Train and support real estate agents in achieving their marketing goals
• Build and manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
• Design marketing materials including postcards, flyers, broker opens, pop-bys, publications, social graphics, and branded collateral
• Create and maintain template-based websites and landing pages
• Lead and manage individual marketing projects from concept through execution
• Support local office and agent marketing requests across Arkansas
• Collaborate with a remote marketing team to execute statewide initiatives
• Assist with additional marketing and operational projects as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and social media advertising platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative

Additional Information:

• Travel is required for this position and may include office visits, trainings, events, and collaboration across Arkansas markets.
• This is an on-site position located in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
• Applicants should be comfortable working independently while staying connected with a distributed team environment.
